Upon completing this course you will be competent across 7 different training zones and understand how each zone benefits your endurance performance. You will learn how to tailor each zone to your own training/the training of your athletes to maximize training potential.

You will be given 15 example workouts spanning each of the 7 training zones covered in this course and the Training Peaks .FIT files to accompany them. You will also be shown how to create training sessions on your own device/athletes device in order to foster training independence.
