IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?
Most strength and conditioning advice was never written with endurance athletes in mind.
Generic programmes, recycled team-sport templates, and outdated myths have left coaches confused about how to actually integrate strength into running, cycling, and triathlon. The result? Athletes who plateau, get injured, or simply don’t buy in.
The NSCA-approved Endurance Specialist Course was designed to change that.
This course gives strength and conditioning coaches the knowledge, system, and confidence to deliver endurance-specific S&C programmes that enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and respect the unique demands of endurance sport.
This course gives you the clarity and confidence to finally deliver S&C that works for endurance athletes. You’ll learn how to reduce injury risk without compromising training load, how to support performance gains that actually transfer to the road, track, or trail, and how to manage fatigue so your athletes stay consistent all season long.
It’s about moving beyond being a “strength and conditioning coach” and stepping into endurance-specific programming that respects the unique demands of these sports. The outcome is that you build athletes who are stronger, faster, more resilient and also position yourself as a coach recognised for endurance-specific expertise.
And because it’s NSCA-approved, you’ll not only earn CEUs but also gain the credibility that comes with recognition from the world’s leading strength and conditioning organisation.
Learn at your own pace with lifetime access to the course. Build the expertise that helps you deliver the results endurance athletes are really looking for.
ENDURANCE STRENGTH ANALYST
The endurance strength analyst course is aimed at endurance sports coaches and recreational endurance athletes, for example runners, cyclists and triathletes.
At the end of this course you will be able to identify your individual needs as an endurance athlete/the needs of your athletes with a movement screening that will be the platform from which you can begin to design a bespoke strength and conditioning programme.
You will be confident in delivering the movement screening and interpreting the results to compare against baseline standards for endurance athletes.
You will also learn how and when to use the movement screening adequately to monitor the development of your athletes.
You will be introduced to the joint-by-joint approach to building your endurance athlete with 6 fundamental movement patterns and gain the knowledge and awareness that S&C for endurance athletes encompasses more than just legs!

IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?
Whether you want to help reduce the risk of injuries from derailing your training, like Hannah did (and has remained injury free since!)...
Or you want to finally be able to support endurance athletes with Strength and Conditioning training, (and monitor their volume and fatigue better!), like Matthew did for his triathletes.
Or be flying towards, not only qualifying for a good for age entry to London Marathon 2025, but also setting a cracking new PB, like Lily who you'll meet in the course.
Or upskill yourself and be able to help your athletes by having the skills and knowledge to assess their strengths and weaknesses and to then take this even further into how this knowledge can be applied to their training, like SPD Cycling Coaching.
The Endurance Strength Analyst course allows you to do just that and so much more.
Take learning at your own pace with lifetime access to the course and a certificate of course completion upon passing the knowledge check quiz.
... And all for less than the entry fee to most races, can you afford not to?
