STRONGER IN 30 DAYS - Midpoint check in!
May 14, 2024It takes 30 days to build a habit and as we're fast approaching the midpoint of our STRONGER IN 30 DAYS FREE Challenge, I want to share some of the success stories so far.
Mark has hit every exercise, every day for the last 14 days straight!! He has recognised his strengths and surprised himself with some weaknesses in his own body.
Darren is a little flabbergasted by how many exercises he hasn't seen before and this challenge has given him the motivation to get back to regular strength training.
Chris loves the exercise regressions and progressions detailed on each exercise, along with the accompanying videos. She has been implementing these no equipment, bodyweight exercises prior to her Tuesday night track sessions. Her runners are responding well and enjoying challenging their bodies in a new way.
Louise has been consistent, dedicated and has a positive mindset knowing that she can revisit the exercises when life gets in the way of her being able to do them. She has been implementing these exercises into her training and feel it helped with her Virtual London Marathon.
It's wonderful to hear the feedback so far and to foster a community for endurance athletes and coaches alike.
