This course is for coaches and recreational endurance athletes, who want to take their knowledge and competence of training zones to the next level. Learn at your pace with lifetime access to the course.

Upon completing this course you will be competent across 7 different training zones and understand how each zone benefits your endurance performance. You will learn how to tailor each zone to your own training/the training of your athletes to maximize training potential. 

Discover how to put all your learning together and create master training plans with examples to guide you. You will be given 15 example workouts spanning each of the 7 training zones covered in this course and the Training Peaks .FIT files to accompany them. You will also be shown how to create training sessions on your own device/athletes device in order to foster training independence.

The content covered in this course lays the the foundation to building a successful endurance training plan. Awareness of training volume and intensity is essential to be able to develop a concurrent endurance strength training programme which compliments endurance training helping you/your athletes get fitter, faster, stronger and more robust week on week.
