Stronger in 30 days? ABSOULTELY! - The survey results are in!

What a fantastic finish to our STRONGER IN 30 DAYS free challenge!
We recently sent out a survey to those who participated in the challenge to gather their feedback on it and here is a brief summary of the results from those who have kindly completed the survey.
- A whopping 91% of challenge participants feel stronger now than they did 30 days ago! Not bad for minimal-equipment, bodyweight strength exercises!
- 100% of responders learnt a new strength and conditioning exercise during the challenge.
- Upper body exercises, like the press ups, were voted the least favourite by our athletes and coaches.
- Glute-focused rear foot elevated split squats came out on top as the most liked exercise.
- 1/6 responders found the app/website a little tricky to navigate at the start, but clearer once all the daily exercises became pinned to the top of the app/website.
- An incredible 100% would like to do another challenge with BUILT TO ENDURE!
This is Mark's testimonial on the challenge.
